Ensuring the safety of your baby
1- Do not leave your child alone or to the care of elder children
2- Have a first aid kit at home.
3- You should equip with first aid knowledge.
Safety in the living room
1- Cover the sharp edges on furniture with corner protectors
2- Lock up the foldable furniture or put it away in secured place
3- Avoid arranging your furniture in staggered way such that children can climb up high
4- Install and lock up windows guard
5- Use protective covers for the sockets on the wall
6- Fix the position of opened doors with doors with door stoppers or magnets
7- Do not use Glass table top at home
8- Store matches and lighters away securely
Safety in the kitchen
1- Install a gate at the kitchen door
2- Do not carry your baby in the kitchen
3- Store all sharp utensils at where children can’t reach
4- Store medicine at where children can't reach
5- Never put detergent or other chemicals in the drink bottles
6- Store or lock detergent in cupboards where children
7- Store electric kettle or hot water flask out of the reach of children
Safety in the bathroom
1- Put an inti slip pad in the bathtub
2- Always keep your bathroom dry
3- Always keep the bathroom door dry
4- Use a plastic basin for a baby bath
5- Never leave your baby in the bath alone (even just for a moment)
6- When preparing a bath for your baby, put cold water before hot water, and test the water temperature with your elbow
Safety in the bedroom
1- Lock up the fence of the baby cot when leaving your baby there.
2- The distance between the fence bars of the baby should be less than 6cm
3- The size of the mattress should fit the size of the baby cot
4- The height of the cot fence should be more than 3/4 of your baby height
5- There should be ladder on the bunk bed and the wall
Parent must be able to profile his or her child on what he does,what he likes to do and where he or she likes to go.
You can profile your child to be
1-vitual child a child that sees things affer,a child that knows most things that happen in his or her surrounding . punishment- only take away his or her gift or things that he or she likes to play with.
2. - sensible child though most child are sensible but what we mean here are child that sense things happining without other children getting to sense at that particular time. punishment you talk sense into the child head make sure you always talk to him or her anytime she does anything wrong.
3- feelings- a child that is partionate about things,a child that is emotional .this kind of child is the only one you spanke (beat) please dont beat to hut only spanke little to correct him or her.
please note that for all this child you must do the punishment carefuly and you must not over punish him or her,
so after you have been able to profile your child note that you must not give all this punishement to your child but only give the one you believe it best for him or her.
